Sergius Frost ( Danish, 1900-1994) Pink Fisherman’s House with eel trap net. Dimensions: 13 x 10 inches without frame. 18 x 14 inches with frame. Description: Oil on canvas. Signed S. Frost and Sergius Frost on the brass plate attached to the frame. Age ca.1940s. Exhibited at the Royal Charlotteng show in Copenhagen. ( Exhibition stamp is visible on the back) Titled: Nytjaeret Aaleruser/ Freshly tarred eel trap. Fine landscape with a pink colored fisherman’s house and an eel trap net. Framed in its authentic golden ornamented salon frame. A great work by Danish painter, Sergius Frost (1900-1994) A certificate of authenticity will be included with this work.
