En meget sjælden og smuk og interessant bog....FØRSTE 1911-udgave..."The Great Plateau of Northern Rhodesia. Being some impressions of the Tanganyika Plateau" skrevet af Cullen Gouldsbury og Hubert Sheane. Bogen er generelt i rimelig stand for alder. Indvendig komplet med alle illustrationer, rævninger og pletter især omkring marginer, illustrationer gode, nogle med slitage omkring marginer, kort i slutningen med to gamle reparationer-se fotos men generelt god stand. Indbinding en smule skrøbelig, men alle sider vedhæftet. Udvendig falmet forgyldt, rygsøjle mørkere, rygsøjle genmonteret med slidhoved og hale og kanter, slid rundt om kanter og hjørner. En stadig acceptabel/rimelig kopi af en SCARCE titel.

This is a first edition (1911) of "The Great Plateau of Northern Rhodesia. Being some impressions of the Tanganyika Plateau" written by Cullen Gouldsbury and Hubert Sheane. The book is generally in good condition for its age. The interior is complete with all illustrations, foxing and stains particularly around margins, illustrations good, some with wear around margins, map at the end with two old repairs - see photos but generally good condition. Binding a little fragile but all pages attached. Exterior faded gilt, spine darker, spine re-backed with some wear to head and tail and edges, wear around edges and corners. Still an acceptable/reasonable copy of a SCARCE title.
