Far Cry 4 is a first-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. The game is the fourth main installment in the Far Cry series and takes place in the fictional Himalayan country of Kyrat, inspired by Nepal. The game focuses on Ajay Ghale, a character of Nepali descent who travels to Kyrat to fulfill his mother's dying wish, but finds himself caught in a civil war between the tyrannical King Pagan Min and the rebels. The game features a wide range of weapons and vehicles, as well as a variety of open-world activities to take part in.
