Vintage Store Designn the cup with saucer stamped Meissen.
The Dragon service was Meissen's first service and the only one of the designs strictly reserved for the royal court, formally until 1918.
The earliest dishes were made around 1729, and the first large order was sent by the manufactory to the court in Dresden in 1735.
Subsequent orders were carried out many times until the nineteenth century. In the Dresden collection, dishes with this decoration have been preserved to this day.
Decoration with a dragon with elongated proportions and an antithetical combination of Ho-o birds in a spinning composition.
