Made of oak with metal fittings in slanted lid and pincushion on top. Inside, is another small compartment with a lid. Age: Ca 1750-1770s. Provenance: The Oestrupgaard Manor. Built in 1425. Located on the island of Funen in Denmark. A certificate of authenticity will be included with this work.
