Scandinavian Baroque sewing box with Lid Pin Cushion and drawer. Ca 1750s. Dimensions: Height: 8 inches. Width: 12 inches. Description. Rare Scandinavian Baroque school sewing box. Made of oak with metal fittings in slanted lid and pincushion on top. Inside, is another small compartment with a lid. Age: Ca 1750-1770s. Provenance: The Oestrupgaard Manor. Built in 1425. Located on the island of Funen in Denmark. A certificate of authenticity will be included with this work.
