EA Sports MMA is a mixed martial arts video game developed by EA Canada and published by Electronic Arts. It was released in North America on October 19, 2010 and in Europe on October 22, 2010, for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game features a roster of over 70 fighters, including real-world mixed martial artists such as Georges St-Pierre, Anderson Silva, and Brock Lesnar. Players can create their own fighters, customize them with a wide variety of options and battle their way to the top of the rankings. The game features a number of modes, including a Career mode, a Knockout Mode, and a Challenge mode. Players can also compete against each other online via Xbox Live or the PlayStation Network. This is the first standalone mixed martial arts video game released under the EA Sports brand.
