Stunning high-lo maxi silk dress by halston heritage, pure silk, lining is a from silk and viscose a light chiffon type of weave. around the top embroidered with metallic black disks, keyhole opening at the back, closes on the side with a hidden zipper. the skirt is extremely wide, like a flamenco skirt. while the size is given as a us 4, it is quite generously cut, it is more like a uk 8 to 10. i have removed the hangers, as they were always showing up when the dress was worn. the bottom of the dress is finished with a chiffon border that the designer deliberately left "raw", this is not a flaw but a design feature.
