Bernard Buffet Nature Morte Aux Fruits Lithograph

This is an original lithograph by Bernard Buffet (1928-1999) titled Nature morte aux fruits and printed in 1967. The lithograph is on Vélin d'Arches paper and has been hand-signed by the artist on the upper right side of the sheet. The dimensions of the sheet are 31.3 x 24.2 cm (12.3 x 9.5 in.). The lithograph is in very good condition, with a slight defect in the left margin, however the image itself is very clean. The lithograph was issued from a portfolio titled “Bernard Buffet, Lithographs, 1952-1966” by Bernard Buffet and Fernand Mourlot. Please note that we are only selling the plate not the whole portfolio. It was printed by the press of Fernand Mourlot in Paris and published by Tudor Publishing Company, New York. It is part of a limited edition of 125 proofs which are documented in the catalogue raisonné of Bernard Buffet: Tome 1 #106. We ship internationally with DHL or similar delivery companies.
