VINIFICATION Natural fermentation of the grapes using the traditional treading process, fortification with grape brandy, and aging in wood. TASTING NOTES Ruby color of high concentration, intense aroma with notes of black fruit, reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, with floral and chocolate nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fruity and intense. SERVING It goes well with chocolate and berry desserts. Serve between 14°C and 16°C. NOTE: This is a recurring auction.
