Payment

I use Tradera payment, which means that you as a buyer can choose to pay with Swish, VISA, Mastercard and Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Paynova, or Klarna.

Delivery & combined shipping

All my goods are sent from Västerås. Items are shipped within a maximum of 2 days after clear payment and shipping usually takes 2-3 days.

I offer 3-day combined shipping on up to three items for a lower shipping fee. This ONLY applies to valid combined shipping orders! (I cannot make changes afterwards). The shipping cost includes all packaging and handling costs. The buyer determines the delivery method and is therefore responsible for the delivery. Return shipping cost for UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE RETURNED is the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

As a customer, I want you to be satisfied with your order. I offer a full refund if the item is returned within 14 days. The price tag and other markings must remain on the item. You can either use the return address on the package or return the item personally to me in Västerås. If you choose to post the item(s), you are responsible for the shipping fee. Please contact me via Tradera message to inform me about the return.
