Ido-Tonicum c. ferro 500 g apothecary bottle

An authentic, original apothecary bottle from Ferrosan, which contained Ido-Tonicum c. ferro. The bottle is 19 cm high with a base diameter of 7 cm. It has two original labels, one of which is a contents label and the other is a dosage label from the 1940s. It is an exciting part of Danish pharmaceutical history and is a good example of antique medicine packaging design.
