( 60 cm ) Description: Authentic lithographic vintage travel poster for Wiesbaden, a popular spa town in Hesse, Germany. Printed in Germany by RACHE & CO. KG. And designed by Warner Lette. Ca 1957. The same motif was used for the Lufthansa German Airlines in the 1950s. This poster has the image of the fountains in front of the Kur Haus on the corner of Sonnerberger Strasse. Wine leaves, butterflies, the violin, tragedy mask for the opera house and in the center the red roulette where from the casino on Wilhelm Strasse. The poster is unbacked and in its original form.
