ESPRIT NATURE af Henri Giraud er en champagne, der har en vis volumen på næsen, med noter af stenfrugt (ferskenpære), vanilje og krydderier (hvid peber) på en baggrund af kandiseret citron, som giver den en vis friskhed. I munden er angrebet friskt, hurtigt nedsænket af Pinot noir, hvilket giver en vis vinøsitet til denne Champagne. For dig, der elsker Henri Giraud, arbejder vi vores vinstokke så naturligt som muligt, uden ukrudt eller insekticid og med et minimum af indgreb og tilstrækkelig til vores vine. Henri Giraud Esprit Nature is a champagne with volume on the nose, offering notes of stone fruit (peach-pear), vanilla, and spices (white pepper) on a background of candied lemon, which gives it a certain freshness. On the palate, the attack is fresh, quickly overtaken by Pinot noir, which gives a certain fullness to this champagne. Henri Giraud produces their wine as naturally as possible, without weeds or insecticide, with a minimum of intervention and enough for their wines. ZERO INOX: ESPRIT NATURE is only vinified in small oak barrels.
