Brikka is a unique coffee maker that offers the experience of a real Italian Espresso like at the bar. Like all the products of the Bialetti Group, it is the iconic little man with a moustache that makes it inimitable both from the point of view of aesthetics and the high performance of the product. Brikka Bialetti allows you to get a delicious espresso coffee cream thanks to the valve that allows you to get a creamy coffee just like in the bar.

Bialetti quality: the new technology with silicone membrane, combined with the characteristics of the mocha, ensures a result in the cup similar to the espresso coffee in the bar: full-bodied, intense and with a persistent cream. Brikka also features the exclusive Bialetti patented safety valve that can be inspected and easily cleaned. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to grip the product.

HOW TO MAKE COFFEE WITH BRIKKA: Fill the base with water using the supplied measuring spoon (4 cups: 180ml), put the funnel into the base and add the mocha ground coffee without tamping. Screw the top part firmly to the base without forcing the handle. Place the coffee maker on the heat source. Use an average temperature of the hob. Check immediately after the complete formation of the cream in the upper part and immediately remove Brikka from the hob. Pour coffee into cups, evenly distributing coffee and cream.

Brikka sizes are measured in cups, coffee can be enjoyed in espresso cups or larger cups as needed. Brikka is available in 4 cups. How many ml per size: 170 ml (coffee + cream).

Cleaning instructions: Brikka Bialetti rinses with water after use. Do not use detergents. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this may damage it and therefore alter the taste of the coffee.

Fire it up: Brikka pot is suitable for gas cooktops, electic stove top and propane campaing stoves, if you have an induction cooktop at thome, you will need to buy the Bialetti adaptor plate for induction (sold separately).
