Jorn Glob Landscape Painting

Oil on canvas by Jorn Glob (1913-1988). The painting depicts a typical Danish landscape scene with white houses with thatched roofs. Glob was a graduate of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and was known for his portraits, landscapes and paintings of houses. These charming thatched country houses, which are typical of Denmark, can still be found around the country.
