Romerriget - Gallienus i fælles regeringstid (253-260 e.Kr.) Sølv antoninianus (3,34 g. 22 mm.). Præget i Rom, 253-254 e.Kr. IMP C P LIC GALLIENVS AVG, udstrålende og kurvet buste højre. VIRTVS AVGG, Virtus står til venstre, hviler på skjold og holder spyd. RIC V 181; Göbl 38v; RSC 940a. meget fint. Dejlig tone XB03937 2024-5098.

An antique Roman silver antoninianus from the reign of Gallienus (253-268 AD). The coin was minted in Rome between 253-254 AD and depicts a bust of Emperor Gallienus on the obverse and the allegory Virtus on the reverse. The coin is in very fine condition with a beautiful patina. A rare and valuable collector's item.
