This is a commemorative medal celebrating the 25th anniversary of Sirius Patrol, a Danish military patrol stationed in Greenland. The medal was designed by artist Frode Bahnsen and depicts a polar bear, a star, and an anchor representing the Patrol's responsibility for Greenland's northernmost point.
