MASK8 is a robust 8” high SPL two-way loudspeaker for low impedance installations. This unique and innovative loudspeaker is designed to be used in conjunction with a subwoofer to deliver high intelligibility and vocal perfection. The curved fine metal grille and the timeless shape makes the MASK8 a different, yet inconspicuous, loudspeaker. MASK8 loudspeakers can be used as full-range loudspeakers, but we recommend combining them with subwoofers from the SUB2201 and SUB2400 series. The speaker’s wide frequency range ensures clean reproduction spanning from powerful bass to clean mid-range all the way to crystal-clear treble. The powerful 8” paper cone woofer features a special coating. The combination of this and the 1” silk dome tweeter on a Waveguide horn leads to high SPL, low distortion and a sound that comes close to studio-quality. The mounting bracket is fitted with a removable cable conduit making it easy to install even under difficult conditions. The machine has multiple mounting points on the back, the top, and the sides. The mounted adapter kit for mounting stands means the loudspeaker can be mounted on a 35mm stand (e.g. STSUB and STT). The built-in 2-step auto-reset protection system together with high-quality components make MASK8 a fail-safe loudspeaker even at high power levels. The loudspeaker is supplied with a metal U-bracket.
