The book Life-giving Conversations and Relationships by Lars Borgmann from 2010 is a practical handbook for conversation training. It is suitable for both organizations, teams and individuals who want to work on their personal communication and thereby contribute to more satisfying conversations in everyday life. The book is based on systemic thinking and an appreciative approach, but also incorporates other perspectives and theories. It contains both theory and practical tools to improve communication and create more life-giving conversations. The book is in good condition and was used for my DUEK education.
