Ottmar Hörl (1950), Weltanschauungmodel IV, 2008. Plast, ca 42 x 18 x 13 cm, med HÖRL-prægning. Ikke nummereret. biografi Ottmar Hörl studerede på Städelschule i Frankfurt am Main og hos Klaus Rinke på kunstakademiet i Düsseldorf. Siden 1999 har han været professor ved Kunstakademiet i Nürnberg. Den tyske konceptkunstner arbejder med forskelligartede udtryksformer og blev internationalt kendt for sine storstilede, midlertidige projekter med serieproducerede skulpturer i det offentlige rum. For Ottmar Hörl er kunst et organisatorisk princip og en grund til kommunikation, skal give stof til eftertanke og have indflydelse på samfundet.
