This vintage postcard depicts the beautiful bay of Avalon on Santa Catalina Island, California. The image is circa 1910 to 1920 and shows the town of Avalon at the base of a hillside with a pier extending out into the bay. Several boats and a ferry are docked at the pier and many small boats are in the water. The postcard bears the hallmark of the Baker Photo company.
